Brian PollackBrian Pollack is an Emmy Award winning writer and producer who got his WGA card in 1975’s while working as a joke writer on the original Hollywood Squares. Later Pollack and his writing partner, Mert Rich, began writing sitcoms for The Jeffersons and The Facts of Life. He went on to write for Sledgehammer and eventually Cheers. He also wrote the 2002 feature film, Boat Trip with Cuba Gooding Jr. and an episode of The Simpsons, which aired that same year. He and his wife decided to start a business in Hollywood in 2004 called, Caffé Etc. where they serve coffee and lunch. As much as Brian enjoys his entrepreneurial pursuits, he is still a writer at heart and is always creating content including a new reality style web series called, Coffee Chronicles.
